Lakeside Community Garden
Being a part of Lakeside Community Garden is a crucial piece to the 3B program. One in five Canadians over the age of 15 have a disability, making up a 5th of our communities. A large part of the acceptance and understanding of individuals with exceptionalities, is interaction and engagement within the community. Having a shared passion and respect for our food and our environment is a great common ground to start new friendships and strengthen our relationships.

Centre 70
Sports Complex
The Centre 70 complex has earned its status as a fixture in Kingston’s West End. Located at the corner of Days Rd and Front Rd., it is adjacent to the Lakeside Community Garden, which is perfect for our programming. It is one of Kingston’s well loved hockey arenas and facilitates a wide variety of sports in the off winter season.
The CommUnity Café is in the front of the complex, offering quick grab options for commuters using the express bus park and ride, as well as sit down meal options for community residents that want a relaxing place to socialize and enjoy local food.
